Monday through Friday ~ 7:30am – 5:00pm

Review all forms and paperwork carefully before completing. Please type or print all necessary information. Forms must be complete and legibly filled out for your registration to be processed. Processing may be delayed if we are unable to clearly read and understand the information requested.
All children attending THE KID’S STOP must have a current health assessment on file at the time of initial attendance. This health assessment is carefully reviewed by our licensing agency and must contain complete and current immunization and health screening information required by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Registration Fee: $75 for 1st child / $60 each additional child in family
Kindergarten Mid-Day Transportation Fee: $100 per school year
SPACE IS LIMITED - completed registrations will be time / date stamped and processed on a space availability basis.
